No. We do not ship to a PO Box address or any Parcel Locker addresses (usually provided by Post Offices in various countries).

Your Shipping address must be a Physical Street Address which can be located using Maps.

We are not liable for any items that are lost in the case that the provided address in not a physical street address.

Items are delivered to major destinations within 7-10 days from dispatch date. However, it depends on circumstances in the route and/or delivery area. Unforeseen circumstances may also cause delay in deliveries.

Yes, You can return your item within 30 days of purchase provided that the item is unopened and in the exact condition as it was shipped to you. Also, you need to pay for the return shipping.
Once the returns has been received, we will process your refund with in 2 days.

Please note, even though we process your refund within 2 days (of returned items being received by us) it might take few more days to appear in your original payment account.

Western Union and Bank Transfer payments are not available for refund. However, we will provide you with a credit in your shopping account for the same amount.
